Hacked Off has praised Times Journalist Andrew Norfolk for his investigation into child sexual abuse up and down the country, which has led to the exposure of the abuse of 1,400 children in Rotherham. His reporting has highlighted the failure of the police and child protection agencies to intervene speedily when alerted to dozens, and in this case hundreds, of offences.
