Hacked Off welcomes this exceptional show of cross-party support for the principle of Lord Justice Leveson's recommendations. The scale of the majority shows the strength of feeling in the Lords to implement an effective and independent system of press regulation.Parliamentarians in both Houses want swift action and will ensure that either the Government is forced to deliver the full implementation of the Leveson Report into law or the parliamentary majorities will do it themselves.
